A highlight of every Fiesta are the local performers who showcase their talents for the whole community.  Please contact us if you are interested in performing at the Fiesta.

All confirmed performers should download and complete this Participation Form and return it ASAP.

PERFORMERS GUIDELINES 

(This set of guidelines has been prepared by the PhilFiesta Program Committee to ensure the smooth flow of operation of the two-day program of the annual Philippine Fiesta of Victoria ).

•  Be aware of the whole scenario of the program by attending the Philippine Fiesta Program committee orientation.

•  Be sure to have a program schedule a week before the event.

•  Be on time. You should be at the backstage at least an hour before the scheduled performance

•  See to it that all your requirements are ready (CD's, Cassette tapes, microphones, costumes, props, etc) before your performance.

•  Notify the program coordinator for any changes in your performance (music, cassette, CDs, etc) as early a s possible or the over-all stage manager during the actual performance (last minute changes should be avoided unless it is urgent or beyond the performer/s' control)

•  See to it that you are on time. Late comers will not be entertained. The show must go on.

•  If you are late, you have to wait for the appropriate time until advised by the stage manager.

•  Be prepared always. Look at the sequence guide because there are always some changes.

•  Always coordinate with the stage manager assigned during that time.
