Judy was born in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. She is happily married to husband Michael, with one daughter Kathleen, who was also born in Philippines.
They migrated to Australia when Kathleen was 4 years old, and have lived here for the last 11 years.

Judy works as an administration officer in her husbands Chemical Consulting company, and happily mixes her busy workload with her family and social life.
Her hobbies include gardening, singing, and meeting people. Judy has a passion for cooking and entertaining, and has frequent dinner parties at home with friends and family. She learnt her cooking skills at a young age from her father, who is a respected Chef in the Philippines.

She also enjoys travelling and looks forward to going back to the Philippines every few years to visit her family.

Judy joined the Mrs Philippine Victoria Quest as her way of assisting the +Victoria.
