Kathleen Wright was born in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines in 1992; and was only 4 years old when she came to Australia. She speaks Tagalog; as well as Pampangueno - the local dialect of Pampanga.

Subsequent to finishing her studies, she hopes to one day become an architect. Kathleen has a wide variety of interests including music, dancing, painting, singing, playing the guitar and shopping. She is also a keen sports girl, enjoying hockey, tennis and cross-country running.

Kathleen is very proud of her Filipino heritage, and has joined the 'Miss Philippines' competition as her way of promoting the Philippines, and the Filipino culture, to the Australian community.
