Sarah Phillips is an 18 year old graduate from Sacred Heart Girls' College; and is currently studying at university level.

Her hobbies include dancing, music, target shooting, art and public speaking. Her artwork has won her a number of awards for both visual art and poetry.

She takes lessons for ballroom, Latin and new vogue styles of dance and has been playing the piano since primary school.

Sarah is very proud to be of Filipino and Australian decent, and by joining the Miss Philippines of Victoria Quest, Sarah hopes not only to improve her confidence and make new friends, but also to become a more active member in the Filipino-Australian community.
