Cecilia Byrne was born in Mandaluyong, Rizal Philippines and is happily married to Brian Byrne with 2 sons; Bryan and Anthony.

At 16 yrs old she was modelling for Esmeralda Fashion in Philippines and was also crowned Miss Mandaluyong 1979 and Miss NAMEI 1981.

She’s a graduate of B.S. Tourism at La Consolacion College, Manila and worked as a Travel Consultant and Airport Representative in Philippines before coming to Australia in 1988. Cecil is currently working for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. 

Her motto in life is:  If you wish to reach the highest, begin at the lowest.
