Information for Stall Holders

We welcome all interested parties to take up a Stall and join in the Fiesta spirit of celebration. The Philippine Fiesta of Victoria is the largest gathering of Filipino-Australians outside of Sydney and in recent years has attracted crowds well over 10,000 across the weekend. 

Your business or organisation can share in the fun and excitement of the Fiesta by becoming a Stall holder. Please refer to the following documents for further information:

The 30/10/09 Food Handling course for Food Stall Holders has been rescheduled to 13/11/08, 6pm to 8pm.
The orientation for all Stall Holders will be on 22/11/08. This includes the release of Gate Passes.
